I awoke Wednesday morning 'feeling' for all the world
that I had just taken part in a 'puissance'
and had sat down heavily, upon the pommel [/ kicked, in the gonads]

After an hour or more, of shuffling around (SLOWLY & PAINFULLY)
and 'sitting', was EVEN WORSE.... I searched-'myself'
and found a chicken egg sized protusion, in my lower

abdomen
I managed to push it back inside
and I was, almost-immediately, relieved,of, those pains

I recall no physical activity on Monday [strain]
to cause the injury and so I must conclude
that it was my rolling over and sitting up, at the edge of the bed >was that 'moment'

I found pulling on my trousers and socks and tying my trainer laces very awkward

Today, just 24 hours later; I can report, that I have had no 'suffering' [since]
and will await a further recurrence, before I make a doctor's appointment
Hoping, that I can make it through to the New Year, before, having-to seek surgery

Light work ONLY and, cautious stretching ONLY for me... until then
It was by no-means a comfortable few hours _'confirmation', of continuing body-ageing

We are having plumbing problems here, looks like we will be jack hamering through the cement foundation to reach a pipe and repair it. The house is about 30 years old...and we have had at least 2 big earthquakes that made the ground roll...who knows why really...the pipe is sinking and seperating.

Now I am glad we did not remodel the bathroom...that is where the digging will be done.

I CAN
'walk through' this...

He has, after all, given me 'past-experience', of Inguineal Hernia
[on the right-side]
and there was always, the possibility
that, the left-side, would also need to be repaired in the coming days
[what goes-around also comes around again ?]

Isn't it amazing ? Just how things come-together... and in so doing...
We could so-easily, be taking the hard route over the mountain
Where, we are 'blessed'
~in having the valleys raised-up and the mountains flattened
~to make our journey so-much easier-going

"strangulated, necrotic: 7+ yrs", &
sporting a 4-inch incision on Right-side, that
slowly closing, is also now shortening

So long as, the contents stay-inside, there will be... no 'complications'

As I have already posted...
my right-side was repaired a couple/three years ago
and, at that time....
I was told that the repair might itself, need repairing
and, that the other side

might also need to be repaired_in time

The problems arise, when the hernia becomes strangulated
through the weakened and damaged membranes
such, that circulation and muscular function is asphyxiated

Having been there and done that, all before
There is no way I would leave anything HANGING-OUT even, for seven days

Hernias, have in the past been 'trussed' [externally] and, most successfully
It is modern medicine and advances in surgical techniques
that have, taken the repairs inside the body

My first repair, was effectively completed via keyhole-surgery
and, I did not feel the repair being made
and I also went home, the same-day

If it 'pops-out' again, I will go and see my doc next opportunity
if it pops out and I cannot push it back in...I WILL call an ambulance, right-away

well ... I had a wonderful day today !!

~ I first went and picked up two paychecks from work ... said my good byes to some wonderful and dear friends that I made in the short time that I was there ... yes the boss let me go as well as my daughter this week ... so I think I will go back to being a mom, wife, friend !!

~ I then went with my daughter and her fiance and did some running with them for the day ... they treated me to a wonderful lunch out at Olive Garden Soup & Salad and it was good too.

~ Went to the mall and spoiled myself with somethings and got some new bath stuff mmm it smells so good too if anyone is stateside and has Bath & Body Works check out Twilight Woods collection it is great. The kids got me a glass bear w/ a single rose today too. Also bought myself a singing and dancing snoopy { picture enclosed }

~ After all the fun we had ... we had to make the trip back home back to the real world and so ... it will be fun to be home again ... sure it was nice to work but to work for 2.75 hour and tips that did not add up to much ... I think being a mom and housewife is a better paying job ...

So that was my Thursday !!!

My surgical report said seven years strangulated.
in some ways I find that hard to believe, but
considering I had to work often in pain, maybe yrs. is possible.
But he thought that as I'm healthy otherwise, that
(NOT cutting me in 1/2), would make what's living regenerate, &
absorb the rest.
I just keep thinking the BEST thoughts, & go right on healing...

That doesn't sound good I missed my night out with homeless ministry Tuesday but guess there were enough folks to handle it. Hope you get better quickly.
