Those pink roses are just yummy Dave.

We had a lovely drive yesterday to Paso Robles,
the traffic was very easy going and we had a cloud cover,
made it dark enough for car lights to be on
and enjoyed and we drove into the sunset the last hour...I loved it.

We are just enjoying our kids today...thank You Lord.

Mary and I 'might' go to a cinema [some 20-30 minutes away - by car]

With regards the weather... the heating, will be ON shortly
Temps did not get above 14.C / 58.F ...despite the forecast 16.C
and is getting quite chilly [draughty] @18.06 pm

Still prepping for a card background

I need a new mouse... this one has started zapping-around the screen
[an unwanted surprise development... tch tch ]

I have now acquired 1Tb external harddrive ...'local-memory' for my website \o/

I have 'tested' use of, SKYDRIVE Online Storage
for, website 'database' and 'picture albums'
and also the permissions protocols, 'there' [passworded] ~for 'website members' only...
and, it works like a charm \o/

yup! our's remain in-situ, for the similar period
and collect quite a bit of dust....... amazing where that 'stuff' comes-from [?]
When you consider how much dust is disposed of, via the vacuum cleaner, it is [amazing]

Yes where does all that dust in the house come from?
Maybe that's why I enjoy outdoors so much more. The dust is happy out there and I'm happy that none of it has to be gathered or swept up.

We are home again after seeing our son and his family....home feels so good, but we had a great trip and they will be coming our way for Thanksgiving.

This rose was blooming when it snowed here this past April.

Breakfast at Joe's Saturday am....my hubby loves to eat breakfast out, we tried 3 different places over the weekend...this was my favorite: Joe's Place.

Grant did not go this morning...my son, his wife Natalie, my hubby.

but we had a great trip
and they will be coming our way for Thanksgiving.

Yes! as much as I did, ENJOY my last trip to see family in Bristol [8 days]
It was also a really good feeling_ to get HOME here, with Mary [afterwards]
I hope to get back there again [soon]
although this, may have-to wait until after Christmas

Thanks Dave...We used to do a lot more trips and traveling but this past year has seen us really slow down a bit more and enjoy the quiet of home...I just miss seeing the kids and it is hard and expensive for them to come here very often.

Thought I would put this up today...we went to an "open house" night in downtown Paso Robles Sat. night...they had live actors sitting in store windows dressed in costumes for the Nutcracker production put on at the local high school...this little girl was so cute, don't think she is high school age, but she was tickled to have me take her picture.
