Had a pro day at work. We had a staff meeting and got our schedules sorted out a bit better so hoping things will run more smoothly from now on.

This study explored the relationship between sitting still for long periods of time and mortality. Apparently it is far healthier to do something active several times a day rather than sit still most of the day and then workout. Sitting still apparently changes the blood chemistry and increases the likelihood major health problems. Interesting, is it not?

Yes that is a long labour and I was surprised when dave said mom and baby were home the same day. Yikes. I also hope both mom and baby doing well and gaining strength. The little darling is so sweet.Awwwww, so darling! So cute!

Yes it dragged out quite a bit didn't it
with Elizabeth being only 3 centimetres, after nearly three days
and medical staff taking steps to induce contractions
It was very tiring for all those 'looking-on'
and we can imagine the trial Elizabeth had with Lacey [her first born]
"All is well that ends well" [?]
