When I got there Jan
I was told that my rectangular plant pot holder
and Miranda's house-number plaque had yet to be finish-fired
[the Kiln would need to be full]

So I was given a book devoted to subject
for 'inspiration' ?

Well I came across this ebony black horse
and remembering that [g/d] Alicia loves 'horses'

I decided I would make one

I got on with it today and it should be ready next Tuesday
to dry out some
before the pre-glaze [biscuit] firing in the next few weeks
While I begin something NEW

We have been told that FUNDING for the class will end this term
and if, we wish to continue, the class
we must stump up $20 each, per term [around ten weeks each term]

Of course, the enjoyment obtained is well worth this sum

I was not able to spend much time in here today and still running at a -5 on a scale of 1-10. I tend to condense my thoughts when such conditions prevaile and that causes me to be sometimes not adequately articulate. So, if I don't sound real excuberant at this moment...I promise to catch up later.


As for "changes" did we loose the "spell checker"

Yes, we've lost spell checker. Also Chris Bot is gone and no longer rolls threads.

I miss the spell checker. I downloaded the one they give now but it doesn't come up when I hit the spell check button.

I was shocked when a big screen came up when I went to rep. I was looking for a little one. But I'm glad things are getting back to normal.

Apparently Pr. Steve (Rep Daddy) is working with Nexia to get the rep system right. It's been an interesting day.

So far the word is that there will be no reset on the reps. This is good, this means we will be able to keep what we have.

Don't worry about that. Apparently Nexia is working on the rep system right now and all kinds of weird messages are showing up. Let me see if I can find the URL of the thread where this is being discussed. brb

11years thru 60.5years a smoker......
The future is out there!
