I know how it is, I go thru different stages, sometimes i need to be quiet...sometimes i am ready to post up a storm. I have had more activity with the church meetings this summer...but I like the silent sharing online too.

My wife and I have been busy trying to get my mother (92) moved into assisted living. We give thanks that our daughter is helping. It will take considerable time to deal with a house full of belongings that can't go. We're looking forward to less worries about her safety (i.e. falls or getting hurt in some way). We're also hoping that she will be happy with many new friends who she can talk to every day.

Good morning friends...I will leave for church soon...had a busy day yesterday, so when i return it will be nap time.
Our weather continues to be hot and dry...
Nothing much else to report...but we never got to the place of putting our parents in special care, they all passed away quickly or in my FIL's case in remained at his home almost till the end.

Good morning ALL


It seems as though I was LAST OUT and FIRST IN here, this morning


Mary is off, to visit Southport, with her daughter and grandchildren, today
and I am 'dog-sitting' / 'house-watching'
while the plumbers will be in the bathroom, stripping-out the
existing ceramics and bath and then, installing, the 'new'
most of the new stuff, is laid out in our front garden, only, the bath is still to arrive

Late last night / early this morning, I took some pix of the moon
peeping through, a 'marbled' cloudbase
and, I will upload those, a little later

It is quite a sunny day today and feels like it could, warm up, a little-more, than yesterday

We'll see, how, that goes

I am grateful, for the extra hours ONLINE, that I will have today
I will try [very hard] not to waste them

We went out for dinner to a restaurant that just opened in town...I am not sure it will be a favorite...sort 50/50 in my opinion of it...an up-graded fast food place almost.

Anyway, tomorrow night is my last church meeting here in my home...hope I can get something going in the day time this Fall instead of at night.

~ a non-fasting ANNUAL Review incl's water test
and also a Fasting Bloods, at the end of the month

Things haven't been so cool with me, this month
with stabbing discomfort [timed, with/to diastolic]
I have refrained from visiting A&E, because it passes, within one minute to 90 seconds
If it becomes more-prolonged or, more painful, then I won't hesitate
I will simply mention it, at the end of the month exam
