Hi Everyone, It's cold and very windy here, but we only had some overnight snow on Thursday night, some of which is still around but just sleet since then. We had mini power cuts throughout the day yesterday and one longer one last night. I don't know when it came back on again but I woke up about 4 and was about to ask hubby if he had meant to leave the main light on in our bedroom when it dawned on me that the power had come back on lol. Other parts of NI have had it worse than us, with power cuts, people snowed in and impassable roads. Gave youngest a lift to the cinema this morning for an early bird showing of something or other and picked him up later from the nearby Burger King restaurant. Heading out now in a few minutes to the supermarket with 2nd youngest to get some things we need. Blessings to all, Gillian

Hello, everyone

We have some lovely weather going on now and things are starting to look a teeny bit greener round the place now with cooler nights and plenty of dew. Our home will be a little quieter with two of the kids heading out for the weekend. The other two are staying home as far as I know. I'm looking forward to the Easter services - my favourite time of the year on the Christian calendar. I will be attending a service on Thursday night this year as well as on Good Friday and Sunday.
