Our news of the moment involves a former police officer gone nuts, killing some and threatening to kill more...as of now he has not been captured.

If he is in Big Bear, where they found his burning car...that is not that far from us.

Lord, help the law officers get this guy.

Wow! And he took the oath to serve and protect. It is really bad when a soldier or police officer lose it and go ballistic. I pray they catch him.

According to the early news he has not been found...some think he is no where near the burned out car...high profile people have received packages from him by mail...Lord help the man to just give himself up.

My ear [right side] still has an obstruction, deep inside

Still no pain and, I am relieved that I am no-longer able, to perceive/ hear my ear 'breathing'
~a rather strange and unsettling experience altogether, was 'that'

He was fired for some reason...people must have not been comfortable with him...anyway...3 people are allready dead, they have not found him yet.

I hope they catch him soon. Dave, I have a son who is a soldier and has served several tours (3) in Iraq and Afghanistan. I did not want him to be a soldier, but that is what he chose. He learned the art of war and he has been serving for ten years. He is a trained killer, much as the young man who is on the run now in California. I really have compassion for the young man and have prayed for God to save his soul, because he will not be taken alive. I think, if my son flipped out like that and committed heinous acts, I would want someone to pray for his salvation. My son is a Christian. I don't know what the status is of the one in California, but I think I will pray for him to be caught first of all. I have compassion for the victims of his anger, and I pray for their healing. I pray for all of the families involved.

How can we continually train people to kill, give them the license to kill, and not be responsible for creating the monster? The military trained that man in California, and then he went to work for the police. Did anybody screen him for PTSD? Really I don't believe soldiers make good police officers.
