have you had any floods david,
I am happy things are going well for youLove the chatting here this morning...I was up very early today...am starting to clean things and put them away, some things will be trashed. These painters are just super clean, they have evrything cleaned up each evening after their work day...we can enjoy the house, even with the furniture pushed out of place.
Gracie got a short walk...it was enough, the mornings feel hot now. I am going to sit a spell....
glad you dont get any david ,is it nice where you are
What do they do for this surgically?
Hope all goes well for your surgery Tom. We have a Samsung 'tablet', and that is done just by touch. So much easier than typing.
Speedy recovery wishes sent your way..
What do they do for this surgically?
looking-up info' on your problem Tom
I came across this, > Learn How To Use C TRAC | Video
It seems the 'condition' can be relieved without surgery ... albeit for; $150.oo [+P&P]
~It also does both hands /for a couple of minutes each day [?]

First, I sincerely appreciate the prayers of everyone. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome 10 years ago and did nothing about it. I've had so many problems recently that I decided to do exactly what the doctors tell me to do. So, I'm definitely going to have the surgery and hopefully celebrate soon with being pain and numbness free. Sister Gail, I already have the ergonomic keyboard, but I'll double check to make sure I have the best kind. Once I'm free of this problem, I certainly don't want it again.
Good news: we've had two really nice rains over the last couple of days. Our farmers and ranchers in the area are all giving thanks because we were headed into the problems of prolonged drought again.
I've had the condition for a long time, and it has gotten pretty severe. I don't know if this is an option for me or not, but it wasn't mentioned by the Neurologist or Orthopedic surgeon. I think I would opt for the permanent solution and I'm already scheduled for the surgery. I've put up with this for years, and it's to the point that it's even waking me up when I sleep. I appreciate the information, but I'm really looking forward to being pain and numbness free for good.

'RSI' is a real-pain, of that, there is no doubt
However, I would [personally] weigh the surgeon's option
against the 'paid-work' he is promoting
_given the knowledge freely available
Your long term experience with that problem
provides you with a great deal of [very personal] 'hands-on' experience_ pun not-intended
Anything done repeatedly and for long periods can wear down body parts
and PC operators are-advised to stand up and move around [do, other-things]
after, two hours at the keyboard
Doing other things [instead / as well] can help avoid those symtoms
Surgery, has it's risks [of failure] too
Your hope of relief "from pain and numbness for good"
may not come from surgery ~it could come back, afterwards
I guess, what I am saying, really comes down to;
alternative exercise of those areas, then being 'a more natural' solution
I will keep your wrists/hands in prayer, for the best of outcomes
whatever solution you aim for
your Bro'
