Children that died before birth

Hey all, I just thought of something I knew since I was a kid but never really thought about it until now.....I was supposed to have a sibling 2 years older than me, but He/she died before they were fully formed. I believe that if a child is conceived then Its a real human at that point

Anyways, Im thinking I have a sibling in Heaven that I never met before, and Grew up In Heaven instead of earth....SO if you have anyone in your family that died before birth, youll have quite a reunion in the next life!

What are your thoughts on this?

The Bible says that there is an age of understanding. After this age your afterlife is your choice. As a foetus cannot understand I think it was saved and you will see him/ her in heaven. You will have to research but this is how I understand it.

Well there is a passage in the bible that says those who are uneducated of Christ are saved, because you cannot be expected to live by something you know nothing of.

Yeah I heard about the accountability age from a few people. glad to hear it because there's a whole lot of little children deceived and acting like the rest of the world

Well I can answer in accordance to my Catholic faith,

Children are already living at conception, they are fully human with souls at this point. We believe that you can only go to Heaven if one has received the sacrament of baptism. This is why we hear of people on their death beds wanting to be baptised, for they want to ensure that despite straying from God, they may accept Christ and go to Heaven.

Babies who have died in the womb have not received baptism and are thus subject to Original Sin, meaning condemnation. That being said, some Catholics believe that unbaptised babies and good non-Christians will go to limbo, a world between Heaven and earth. Limbo is a very nice place, but one would still be separated from most of God's love for eternity...it's ultimately pretty sad in my opinion.

Some Popes have said that unbaptised babies go to hell, others say that they will be saved. Notwithstanding, the Lord is all merciful and loving. Jesus showed love towards children, saying that we should be like them if we are ever to enter the Kingdom of God. My heart tells me that the Lord will save all of them and that they shall be united with Him.

Why is this issue so important to me? My sister was aborted... she deserves to go to Heaven so much more than me. I love her with all my heart...I'd rather go to hell if that meant that she could go to Heaven (irrational decision...but I would take it). She had her life taken away from her, not me. , she could only ever deserve peace and love.

I'd like to meet her one day...

I'm pretty sure they're in heaven. From people that were in heaven they said aborted children and in my opinion children that died prematurely do go to heaven as far as I know.

We ultimately don't know...we don't even know about our own salvation. All we must do is put our faith in God, that He is all merciful and loving, and will save us.
