  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I became a Royals fan because of George Brett, and then it followed that I became a fan of all sports KC. It does warrant questions of sanity that I suffered through the drought and remained a KC fan.

But it's been a glorious ride over the last few years. I'll enjoy it no matter the outcome.

Lol, but they never will as long as Brady's around.
There can only be one.
Mahomes and Brady have each beaten the other twice. I think it's plausible that Brady ain't "the one."

Seriously, Brady will go down as one of the best of all time. Maybe even "the best" for a while. If Mahomes doesn't get hurt, his career is going to out distance anyone who came before.

The one time you mention Mahomes, you use the word "IF".
Doesn't sound like you are really very confident.
However, If Mahomes can beat the old man this time around, I'll give him credit where it is due.
But, come on, he's has to be lucky to do it.

Did you read the first sentence? Mahomes has already beaten him twice! Of course, he's also lost twice.

Yes, Mahommes is Brady's nemesis.
Brady has to beat him and he has the team to make it happen.
That's why it's so interesting.
The best vs. the next best.
Place either name in either category.

Agreed. Should be (cross my fingers) a good game.

Winning as much as Brady has is somehow unnatural, so I've been wishing for the Bucs to lose all season. It amazes me they're in the Super Bowl because, when I watch them, they just don't look that good. It perplexes me they beat Green Bay. How is it that Brady threw 3 interceptions and still won?

It's that oddity - winning all these games they shouldn't have won - that makes me a little nervous for the Chiefs.

I'm calling it early. NOT a good game.

Congrats to Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski (and team). Well done. Chiefs just imploded.
