Well I am certainly going to check it out on Broadway when I get down there.
Ive heared too much good not to go... If its better then the DVD... then it must b e REALLY good...

ive just come back from seeing "Chicago" and it was awesome!!

though there were a few bits i didnt like... and i thought a few bits werent great, overall it was a fantastic performance that i would return to veiw.

i recommend it for all!

chocago is such an amazing show...youre so lucky you got to see it, ive never seen the actual show, just the movie, but i know the show is better. what parts didnt you like?

i didnt like the fact that the show was minimalist... i prefer shows where there are set, and costumes to distinguish the characters.

However the show was very artistic, and was very clever. Was deffo good.

so youre an extravagant show kinda guy, huh? i used to be like you until last year when i was in once on this island, which is like the minimalist of all minamalist shows. but its also one of the most amazing shows ever. i never thought of chicago being minimalist, i always thought it would have tons of sets and costumes and whatnot. guess the movie threw me off. o well.

lol. i think the Broadway version will be... i think this one was more arty than anything else.

yea, when i put on a show, i like it to look as if it is real. I want the audience to look onto a stage where they just have to accept what is happening, they dont have to imagine anything.

I'm new here. I saw this thread and had to respond because I have season tickets to the Bob Carr and am going to see this next year! I had no idea it was going to be as good as you all have described. What's the main idea of the story?

Basically it is all about a girl called Roxie Hart who wants to be on the Stage. She has an affair and kills the man, goes to jail, is tried and you will have to watch it to find out how it ends...

this is a very basic plot outline... its much more complex and padded.
