Went to the Dr. Today had wheeze for months developed at my last call center job. I got a new call center job and wheeze turned into fullout wheeze attacks, I developed a bad cold, and have had laryngitis for 5 days straight.
I'm very annoyed by all these Dr visits I'm having to do for constant sickness.
I have all the Dr visits for the car accident I was in and now I have this for my chest and voice.
I had two normal chest x-rays and normal blood test and breathing test. My wheeze is really bad though and still chest burning and itritation and phlem.
So Dr. Is referring me to pulmonologist and speech Dr. Saying it might be stress and some kind of vocal cord disfunction causing it.
I have never had asthma in all my life I was put on medicines for asthma with no diagnosis....
This is so frustrating. I've never had these problems in all my life voice and wheeze any of it until my last call center jobs.
She said even rest and tea won't fix my voice. I'm kinda angry cause if my job did cause this then it seems really unfair.
Anyone have any ideas how to fix laryngitis? I am also having to get a different job due to all the Dr visits and recent emergencies so maybe a different line of work for a while. Not like I enjoy call center work anyway :/.
