Without a doubt the cheesiest Horror movie for me was

The Monster Club

it was sooo cheesy I actually enjoyed it!

ANother film which really scared me in my youth was demons but I saw it again not long ago and it was terrible!

I used to really dig Phantasm when I was a kid. I watched it again with my wife a few weeks ago (she had never seen it) and she made me turn it off -- she couldn't handle the low-budget cheesiness!

Killer Clowns and Demons are in a class all their own. Humanoids from the deep and Death by Dialogue are about to make an appearance in my old VCR in the next few days. All these are par for a bad movie night.

Alien Seed with Erik Estrada (no, I'm not kidding) is another great one.
