CHATBOX: Now has a 10-second limit between each chat

To prevent spamming and DOSing of the chatbox by trolls, there is now a 10-second limit between each chat a member can post in the chatbox.

If you try to post something before 10 seconds pass, your chat will not be posted in the chatbox.

Unfortunately, without some sort of time limit, we have had some trolls DOS the chatbox with constant chats causing our server to crash.

Added: Site Supporters are exempt from the time limit.

The good news is that you won't lose what you've typed - it will remain in the input box until the 10 seconds are up.
