Name: Charlize (Charlie) Carter

Appearance: Small for her age age, big blue eyes, long blonde hair down to her back, which is usually just pulled back with a head band, skinny build but not too skinny, and very fare skin tone.
Power: She can turn anything to stone by simply touching it, but only when she wants to. She can also undo whatever she turns to stone. And after she turns some thing to stone, she can manipulate it. She also has many more rock related abilities which she had not yet discovered.
Bio: Charlie grew up in a rich family. Her parents are leading politians fighting against mutant rights. Charlie was always a shy girl and didn't have many friends, so she spent most of her time with her loving older Brother Stephen. The two were best freinds, but when Stephen became a mutant, her parents were devistated and one night he mysteriously dissapeared. She was heart broken but moved on. Three years later, Charlie discovered she also had the mutant gene. Charlie knew how her prents felt about mutants and was fearful, so she decided to keep her abilities a secret. It has been dificult, but she has been abe to keep her secret.
