Chaplet of the Sacred Heart for meekness and humility of heart

One of the Capital Vices I struggle with is anger, I have a lot of anger issues. I heard it said that one remedy for dealing with the sin of anger is devotion to the Sacred Heart, because having a devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus will help render one's own heart meek and humble like unto His. So recently, I started saying the Chaplet of the Sacred Heart for that meekness and humility, and I've decided to start this thread to help me get into the habit of saying the Sacred Heart Chaplet, as well as share this chaplet with anyone else struggle with similar problems, or want to develop their devotion to the Sacred Heart.

Pope Pius XII (or at least, I'm pretty sure it was XII) identifies five works of the Sacred Heart:

1. The institution of the Eucharist
2. The most painful aspects of His Passion and Death on the Cross
3. Christ’s giving of His Mother to us
4. His establishment of the the Church
5. His sending of the Holy Spirit

This Chaplet is said on a typical Rosary with fives decades, so I added my own practice of meditating on each of the five works for every decade.

Yes, I do have a Chaplet of the Immaculate Conception. Originally, because the Chaplet of the Immaculate Conception was such a simple chaplet, I, in my arrogance, only intended on using it as a "Spiritual Epipen" for one I was struggling with temptations, which of course resulted in me never using it when I was tempted. Recently however, as I got more and more interested in the Immaculate Conception, I started getting into the habit of saying the Chaplet, I now say it every morning and every evening, and even while on my prayer break. (Which is usually 2:00PM to 4:00PM, because of the Divine Mercy hour.)
