I assume you've had time to try and find a photo of new York in which stars are visible. When you understand why they are not visible in those pictures of new York at night, you will understand why they are not visible in the photos of earth we have posted.
Here's something else. The attached photo is the view out my window right now. Why is it dark here and not dark in the US?
The earth is not flat. If you can't take some parts of the bible metaphorically then you really are beyond help. You're a teenager, you need to keep studying. You can't shut down to modern science and crawl into a conspiracy web, it'll destroy your future.

Wrong. The curvature is far too pronounced to be explained by the "its curved because the map is curved". This highest point on earth is Mount Everest, which is 29,035 feet tall. Even if Mt Everest was in the center of the US, and the other transmissions originated from sea level on each coast, the discrepancy is just far too great. There would have to be a mountain, directly in the center of the US, which was more than 50 miles high. That's more than 264,000 feet tall.

Its just a light that goes down, gets smaller, and gets light bright, to the point of being out of view.

God put the sun, moon and stars in the second firmament (aka "second heaven"), where they belong.
In Genesis 1, we see God creating firmaments (heavens), then populating them.
Notice anything different here:
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Genesis 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
