Even after seven years I still vastly prefer "Breathe" and "Leader Of Men" to any of their later output. Especially since neither of them sound much like the songs that they keep copying sonically over and over again.

I don't like Nickelback mostly because of Chad Kroeger's voice. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what annoys me about it, though. The only song by them that I semi-enjoy is "Far Away."
I agree Christine for the most part although there isn't any song they do I'll tolerate.

And some people, like me, like that formula :D Just as I like most, not all, songs by bands such as Offspring or Green Day. If a band has a 'sound' you like, then you like most of what they do.
