Some of them (not all) led to frequent hasty judgements, and often misjudgements of people. This is a small part of the reason for moving them to the profile. The main reason, though, is that the amount of info displayed in our posts had become a huge resource drain. Not having all that info in the profile will improve the speed and performance of the site considerably.
That is limited to technical questions. I suspect they won't be enthusiastically answering embarrassing questions, e.g. about policy. In addition, if the discussions where these decisions were made weren't secret, more people could assist answering questions. It is also clear that many people who should have answers to certain questions are absent. Moreover, if I were in charge (for which I don't think I have time) I would have made a Q&A with the answers in the OP, like I did for appeals during the semi-democratic period. There should be enough people with the knowledge to make and update a comprehensive original post for such a thread. The communication looks improvisatory. It seems to depend on individual initiatives. They are putting more effort in it than before, but they failed to develop a communication plan.snoochface 47 said:I just want to say how impressed I am with the way you are communicating, Raven, Nexia, and other staff members as well. I've been vocal about how poor communication has been on these forums, but y'all are really doing a very good job at keeping us updated and trying to get us answers. Thanks for that.

Who would be enthusiastically answering embarrassing questions? I know of no human being that enthusiastically answers questions that are embarrassing. Do you? That is limited to technical questions. I suspect they won't be enthusiastically answering embarrassing questions, e.g. about policy.

All the rest of this is just...... on a need to know basis isn't it? If we need to know, we'll know when it's important for us to know. Why have faith icons be removed from the post headers ? When debating religion it is useful to know the stance of other participants and if you don't know them you can also misjudge them.

The default skin is not a fluid one. There are two fluid skins to choose from. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see a drop-down menu that says "CF2 Renew". Try one of the alternatives. I like "CF2 in the Moody Sky". It's a darker version, and is a lot easier on my eyes. Why are threads not displayed full screen (that is full width) ?

They havne't been added back, yet. There's is a lot of configuration to complete, and the configuration that affects criticial functionality has highest priority.
There isn't a way at this time. The Living Avatar application will have to be modified by a programmer to make returns available. I'm not sure when we'll get that functionality. Is there a way to return armory items???

Hi!
I've got another question......
Is the "go" button at the bottom of the page going to be returning anytime soon, so that you don't have to go back to the to of the page to return to the forum?
Thank you for all the hard work everyone is doing to get this place all spruced up and shiny again!
Much of God's grace to you all......

Can someone explain to me what the Tags are and how they work. Remember....old blonde here!!!!
Tags are used to help search for threads that discuss certain topics. Thread participants can add tags to the thread, and then anyone can search for threads with particular tags. It will take time for us all to get used to using the tags. Can someone explain to me what the Tags are and how they work. Remember....old blonde here!!!!
Each user can edit / add 2 tags to a thread.
So example this thread has the tags
blessings, blogs, characters, icons, mo love fo raven!, profiles, q&a, reps, upgrade
If you click on them, you will then find other threads that have the same tag.
So lets say there's a tag Earthquake in a thread in the Dream Section.
Clicking on that tag would then pull up all the other threads where someone added "Earthquake" to the thread tags.
