Phase I of the CF Reforms have begun.
All staff are now trainee mods and will be reassigned to different positions and staff teams. The whole staff structure will be changed.
The way staff is appointed will also be changed. Accountability will be different. The whole setup will be modified. The governance structure is being revamped.
In the meantime, all staff, including Alpha members, have been returned back to Trainee Moderator status for the next few days while we restructure staff.
However, all staff will still be able to moderate the forums as per normal. Please bear with us during this transition period.
Invitations have gone out to staff and members to join the CF Alpha Executive Committee. Once this senior staff team is established, we will work together to appoint Admins and then the rest of the staff.
