Just one small bug, Erwin. I had to go into my miscellaneous options to change from wysiwig to standard editor because I couldn't post in the threads or reply to PM's. Can you please fix that so I can return back to using the wysiwig? The standard is so standard. Thank you again for all that you do. :)

Well, he did say
There are definitely bound to be bugs, so please report them IN THIS THREAD so I can fix them.

I can only do what the man requested. ;)

the multiquote function may be the single most spectacular and effective tool yet in place to squelch infractions related to having the statements of other posters misquoted and misused.... most excellent

I cannot post in the graphics version. It works on the 'pda' version but not on the graphics version. I tried doing all the things suggested by Erwin earlier in this thread but I still have the same problem.

Basically, if I switch to graphics with my Privacy settings down to 'medium high', I get the box with "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down". It then shuts down. If I manage not to get that box coming up, I am unable to post because, after typing a message and submitting it, the message comes up: "You have to type at least one character to post", and my post gets deleted. Most of the time (9/10 times) the box comes up which closes internet explorer down, altogether.

However, if I switch to the graphics version with my Privacy setting up to 'High', I am able to look at all the threads and the forum but, obviously, I am not able to log-in or post. This leads me to conclude that the Forum software is blocking out my personal cookies when I am in the graphics version. Why is that? Have I been banned?

Posting in the pda version means that I am handicapped to a certain extent since it does not allow me to quote other people's posts and I am unable to edit my own posts. I am also unable to post links. And I cannot post smillies, although you do not have a smillie which demonstrates how I feel about this.

The new quotes in replies (with link to the original) is very cool indeed. Thanks!

One question, though: it looks as though there are three buttons at the bottom of each message, which all do the same thing: "Quote", the little square icon with a quotation mark, and "Reply".

If they all do the same thing, would it be possible to remove two of them, just to clean up the interface a bit?

It's working for me - try to empty your browser cache and delete all temporary files, and try again.

Weird - try deleting all your Temporary Internet Files and see if that helps. I'm using Internet Explorer and it works fine for me. It's a matter of getting the old javascript replaced with new.
