Assistant Chaplain Jeffwhosoever: Non-Denominational church member, former Troop Chaplain, Bible study leader, Truth Project tour guide, and Supervising Moderator. Former principal electronics engineer and director of engineering with BSEE and MS in Engineering. Dallas Seminary student enrolled MA in Chaplaincy and Ministry Care program. Founder of CPP news source, a patient advocacy group.
