Yes I know Jesus was crucified. That however does not change the way he treated people. He basically was kind & compassionate while firmly keeping to his teaching and purpose. He was not aggressive towards others while doing this.

Yes God will judge athiests along with everybody. However you are not to judge them. That much is clear in scripture. Sure preach the gospel and stick hard and fast to it just like Jesus did. Anyhoo, the census is almost upon us, and the prejudiced and innaccurate scare campaign urging non christians to tick christian on their cesus forms, in order to prevent our nation being overrun by mosques, is still circulating via email. I urge christians and non-christians alike to answer the census questions honestly, as lying on the census is both a crime according to federal law, and breaks a commandment according to biblical mandate.
Urging other people to lie doesn't seem to get a mention in the Bible, but I hope its obvious to everyone that it's a pretty low act by any ethical model.

Secondly, I don't have too many grown ups trying to tell me Santa or the Easter Bunny are real. Nor do they insist that we base laws, political positions and social programs on the basis that Harry Potter is real.

It depends on how you define sin. If it bad behaviour, in general, then I agree it exists. However, if the definition of sin is to offend God then, because I do not concede that God exists, I cannot accept that sin exists.
