A Pretty interesting email that I received...:)

I wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phone?

What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?

What if we flipped through it several times a day?

What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?

What if we used it to receive messages from the text?

What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?

What if we gave it to kids as gifts?

What if we used it when we traveled?

What if we used it in case of emergency?

This is something to make you go "hmm...where is my Bible?"

Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phone, we don't have to worry about our Bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill.

Makes you stop and think "where are my priorities?

And no dropped calls!

Hm, if I treated my Bible like my cellphone I wouldn't even have a Bible.

Sometimes I take my Bible with me when I'm travelling, unlike my non-existent cellphone. So there you go. :p

What if they sent us a monthly bill for it's service?
What if we were constantly having to buy updated models?
What if women had to replace them 4 times a year from dropping them?

Sorry, I had to. ;)

CJ
women only huh? :D you're so... sweet to the fairer sex. really.

I like that OP. It reminds me why I bought a small Bible in the first place.. to always have it with me. I have a Bible in my car, tons in my apartment, and one in my purse. Though I admit I don't pull it out all that often throughout the day (I work online so i search the text on here) but that shouldn't keep me from treasuring its presence ;)

nice thoughts there.
