CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i've had a good morning and an answer to prayer which was amazing
I was sitting on a chair by my table and it broke and told Dad I need to buy 3 Kitchen Chairs. So I went to the local Chriistian community Shop, that's where I go most weekday mornings, and told my friends I needed 3 chairs, this was about 9:15 am. At 11:am someone I know came in the shop and said they had in their van two kitchen chairs and 1 at home, did any one need them. Immediately my friends said I did, I looked at the chairs and they were exactly what I needed.
I Praise God that He heard and answered the prayers of my heart, even though I did not verbalise this.

I dunno however I feel lead to share this with dont know how many of you have heard of Taize, I love it, have only ever been to one full on taize service, however its a totally awesome way to spend time with God also to be revitalized and strengthened from spending time in His presence
Here Veni Sancte Spiritus, means come Holy Spirt, just incase anyone doesnt know latin

I know some of you are really feeling all worn out at the moment, I pray that He will hold you under the shelter of His wings

I love Taize - never been, but a cousin spends all her holidays there.
It's on my list of places to visit once the children are old enough to leave.
