As clearly warned by the disastrous consequences of "patching up an old coat with a piece of new cloth" and "pouring new wine into used wineskins" (Matt. 9: 16-17), how can Christianity succeed where Judaism failed in acknowledging the teaching of Jesus Christ on his divine identity and absolute authority (Ibid, 16: 13-28)?
