Bio: Catava's father was an assassin who couldn't have cared less about his daughter or what happened to her. After her mother died, her father abandoned her near Redwall Abbey. A mousemaid named Rose found her and adopted her, despite fierce opposistion. Catava surprised the whole Abbey when she proved their assumptions about her wrong again and again. By the time she reached the age of eight, the abbeybeasts accepted her as one of their own.
