The newer, growing Christian rock band! I got their CD as soon as I heard them on Yahoo LAUNCH. ... no this is not an advertisment.. : )

What do you think of them?

I believe Casting Crowns is an exceptionally talented group (I have one of their cd's...how many do they have out??)...but I prefer MercyMe.

I'm going to see Casting Crowns with Steven Chapman here in Jersey this month. Can't wait to see them live.
It's one of the few bands I can listen to with my kids and we all agree that they are awesome.

casting crowns are great..As soon as I heard them I bought the cd, and I almost never buy a new cd, thier songs rock..and I am a very tradional, dont care for much of mainstream ccm, etc..there songs really have been a blessings to me..
i like the part when they say "stop asking Oprah what to do..."

Casting Crowns is much more than a mediocre band, they have many powerful songs, "Who Am I" could quite possibly be the next I can only Imagine. they also give an excellent concert! I am anticipating their second release, whenever that will be. Their lyrics are powerful and challenging, which people either really like, or really don't. "If We Are The Body" about made me cry the first time I heard it. Great group, and CD.

Ever since my campus church played Who am I during service one day, almost everyone in the student congregation bought a Casting Crowns CD.

Pretty good group in comparison to other groups on Christian labels.

"Who Am I" is a good song.

The last song on their CD makes me wanna barf though to be blunt.
