Don't get so addicted to Youtube "preachers"

That is worth repeating a thousand times.

Some of them are reputable pastors at actual churches (and they are worth listening to); but most of them are, as you say, "weird folks with very little formal theological training."

Some not all. There are some with demonic characters especially the ones where there's are super heroes and villains involved. The Villains might be inspired by demonic characters.

I remember I included some comic books in my Book store and when I brought them in, I noticed a weird drop in sales. After a while I decided to hide them in a Carton and sales picked up again

I was convinced that I didn't need them or need any body buying them so I decided to set them on fire and they refused to burn as easily as paper should. It was weird
In many mainstream works they're often get defeated by the good guys or they're just portrayed as very questionable (like Joker in the film, his story might be a tragic one but clearly he's the bad guy and also touches with psychological issues). Still super hero works are focusing on the 'good wins over evil' message and while many works today are presented in a more complex way, it's just reality (we're just different shades of grey) and the original message is still there.

We're not the authors of the series and I can't really speak on behalf of them, and the fandom is also huge and various interpretations exist- However, it's more or less on the question about whether a certain work would stumble you or not, everyone have their own thresholds afterall.

re: coca cola, i think the company has some questionable ethics, but so do many like Nestle, Starbucks, Burger KIng etc... many big corporations oppress the poor and needy. am pretty sure that cola drinks in themselves are not evil or satanic, else these preachers would have mentioned Pepsi as well. and Pepsi is pretty vile to drink compared to Coca Cola!

Some can be. My sister lived in Japan for some years anfd got interested in some anime and manga. some of them were innocent, but there are some which are based on some of the spirtual folklore of Shintoism, Buddhism etc. there was one my sister and i loved to watch which seemed innocent, called Drymon about a weedly little boy who had an imaginary friend like a cat with no ears who would help him in sticky situations. one day the Lord spoke to me clearly and told me to stop watching it. the funny thing was, although i liked Drymon because it was fun, afterwards i would get a fuzzy head and a feeling of a weight pressing on me. now, i am a migraine sufferer, but it felt like more than the usual because of the way it started and it seemd to be after watching this cartoon. and no i wasnt watching hours of it. when i stopped watching it, it was like something bad had gone? so yeah i do beleive some cartoons are demonic. but not neccessarily all of them.

I think it’s really weird how people get so invested in these characters. Especially when you see some of the series with the freaky storylines.
