Caregiver

I am a caregiver of my mother and my grandma.
My mother is my life and i would do ANYTHING for her.
My grandma is in pain and i would do ANYTHING for her as well.



The only problem is, i do not focus on my own life and my own needs
this is a problem...

Your mother and grandma are very blessed to have such a loving carer.

You do need to find some time for yourself, sweetie - otherwise you will burn out. Is there anyone else who can care for them, even if it's only for a few hours now and then to give you time to do something for you

I agree. You must get outside help. If you don't take care of yourself, who will take care of you when you become ill. If your mom or grandma is qualified for some medical help, take it. God bless!

Your are doing a great job, very few people are there like you and I think you should need some other help to care your mother and grandma. It is better to take home care services and they also providing best services with best facilities. Now-a-days some home care centers providing free services to those people who are not spend much money for home care services.
