Bio: Born in Washington. Joined the army when he was 18. While he was in the army one day his jeep went out of control and hit a local power plant. After getting out of the hospital he found that he could create and control electricity. He got out of the army and became a superhero using the name Captain Shock. Has kept his alias hidden, but once the registration act came around he decided to go for it, and accept it as the next logical step in superhero development.
