Biography:
One hundred years before the dusk of piracy, before the navy's began hunting pirates, in the days when so many wars caused merchants to become privateers and after the war for them to continue what they had been doing with the approval of their crown.
In those days their was a man named David Jones, a little known pirate in the Indian Ocean, the choices he made developed him into a devil of the sea, who's own name became synonymous with death at sea
However this monter was lacking one thing.
A ship.
In those days their was another, a much more skilled pirate. A sailor, a swordsman and a marksman, he had obtained the strongest ship in the world the "Flying Dutchman" Unfortunately the one thing that all pirates, even one such as Alex Scourge could never defeat overtook him, the sea. Davy Jones overtook him, and battled him, the Flying Dutchman, under the control of Captain Scourge easily trumped that of Jones, but Jones had one thing to even the odds, the Kraken.
It destroyed the other ships in Scourge's fleet and when it moved to the Dutchman, Captain Scourge made a deal.
His soul for his ship
Jones accepted.
And so Alexander Scourge, the Captain of the Flying Dutchman became Scourge, the First mate in Davy Jones' crew.
He was to be there for eternity.
Their was only one problem, Captain Scourge hated Jones. And his ship was quickly becoming some thing else.
He joined the bets, and after...creatively following the rules he was free. However Jones would not let him go, he played Jones and won, not only his freedom but the captain's own weapons.
All of this took over one hundred years
Jones released him of his curse returning him to the way he was but after turning him loose set loose the Kraken, he survived. However some one else offended Davy Jones far more than his former first mate,
that person was Captain Jack Sparrow.
With all of his hunting of Jack he forgot Scourge,
who had commadeered the prize ship of the East India Company and sailed once again to regain the Flying Dutchman, through either capture, or any other means necessary.
