cant hold it together

i cant keep up with pretending that am ok
cant hold it together any longer
the reason i feeling this way is because of flashbacks
had them all yesterday last night and now i am having them again
i talked to my husband about it he understands
he wants me to stay safe but i don't feel safe

Flashbacks are horrible, I'm sorry you are suffering those.
I found that EMDT helped a great deal with flashbacks, it might be worth a try

Talk to a psychologist about EMDR. It can help with flashbacks.

I have also suffered with flashbacks and they are hard to deal with. Try to write down how it makes you feel and see someone about them. Praying for Gods protection.
