can't get out of my head

I messed up in sin a couple of days ago. It was my own fault. I've asked God for forgiveness but I still feel horrible and dirty. I just can't let go of the idiot I was. I don't know what else to say. I'm forcing myself to eat and all I want to do is sleep.. escape but I know that's unrealistic. I just feel so bad. No one I can really turn to. I need help and I pray God will b merciful and send it

If you asked God to forgive you from your heart you are forgiven it is not even there any more God does not even see the sin its as though it never happen.. God does not do guilt that is the enemy, God convicts the person and what always follows is Good such as asking forforgiveness. You know when God convicts you because you know it was wrong there is no guilt there is literally nothing you can say to defend it and all God wants from you is for you to ask for forgiveness. Satan bash us over the head with guilt, its all a lie the sin is not even there when God forgives.

To get out of you head focus on your breath, breath in for 15 seconds and out for 15 seconds do this for 15 mins if you can. It will slow your breathing down and that lowers your heart rate and anxiety.
