  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Can you trust in the Lord?

Of course the answer is YES!

I have been having terrible trouble in my marriage of six years. To make the story short, after about a year of really bad times and three months of separation, my husband has made a radical change in his behavior, I managed to get my health, both mental and physical, back, and I have moved back in. He has not dedicated his life to God, as of yet, but for that there still is hope. We're not out of the woods, but since I was on my way to filing the divorce papers three months ago, we've come a long way.

I also want to report that two years ago the Lord healed me of alcoholism, and 5 years before that he released me from the slavery of drug addiction, two things I NEVER thought I could ever get away from.

I still wake up in the morning and praise Him for bringing these miracles to my life.
