CAN WE JUDGE IN THE BODY OF CHRIST ?

In the book of MATTHEW I believe , that we are NOT to Judge . Why is THAT ??

But in Cor 5:1 a son has sexual relations and is not being heard named among the GENTILES , as one is to have the wife of the father .

In verse 2 you are puffed up with pride in order that the one having committed this act might be removed fro out of your midst .

In verse 3 , Paul as being absent in the body , but present in the spirit , have already , as being present , JUDGE the one so having WORKED OUT this thing ,

In verse 5 , To deliver up such a one to SATAN for the DEATH of the FLESH , in order that the SPIRIT may be saved in the DAY of the Lord Jesus .

Why does the apostle Paul say that the SPIRIT , may be SAVED , WHY ?

We have a BODY and we have a SPIRIT and we a SOUL '

But the saving of the SOUL only seem , that the SOUL is found only in the KINGDOM writing , which was in harmony with earthly emphasis in Heb 10:39 , Rev 6:9 , 1 Peter 1:9 , 1 Peter 3:20 .

The Christian is to judge:

open sin in the body (1 Co 5:1, 12-13),
doctrine (Ac 17:11),
rightly, by actions (Jn 7:24),
ourselves, not part of judging others (1 Co 11:31).

i think, i am not sure, but the judging that Jesus don't like is the judging condemning another person, you can 'judge' correctly i guess, if someone is doing right or wrong, but you should not condemn them.

And Paul wrote in 1 Cor 5:2 and that they are PUFFED up with PRIDE and nor mourned for him , and committed this act , be removed from out of your midst , so as not to POLLUTE the assembly '

So , if they can not JUDGE , how are they to GOVERN / JUDGE God's UNIVERSE and ANEKLS .
