Can someone tell me what song this is and where do I find it?

First, I want to say hello to everyone! I am new on this site and this is my first post I have a song going through my head we sing at church and I have got to find out where to get the CD. I really hope someone can help me. Some of the lyrics are "Makes me want to shout/Hallelujah/Thank you Jesus" Does anyone have any idea? I would appreciate some help.

the song is called "When I Think About the Lord"

i know that several artists do this song but the only one i could readily find is "Shane and Shane" on their 'Carried Away' cd

it's a more peppy version of the song than i'm used to but it'll give you a starting point.
