Without even referencing the law on homosexuality - one can simply look at Christs definition of marriage.christ doesnt need to define what marriage isnt since He clearly defined what it is and Gods itent for it.

Which is why polygamy, levirate marriage and the use of rape to force a woman to mrry you are morally acceptable things to modern Christians

I don't see many of the moral laws just disappearing because Jesus atoned for them. I do see the the sacrificial laws disappearing, because atonement eliminated the need for them. I also see the cleanliness laws disappearing, because atonement also eliminated the need for them.

So is killing a disrespectful child Lev. 20:9 a ceremonial law…or a cleanliness law?

One instance occurs with Jesus talking about an eye for an eye. The misunderstanding was that this method was given as instruction to civil authority and not to the people on a personal level.

We are all still waiting for scriptural support for the claim that the OT law was/is separated into ‘moral’, ‘civil’ and ‘ritual’ categories.

I have asked this of many posters claiming that such a division exists. No one has ever shown such evidence. And apparently you cannot either.

I just gave you an example of how the laws differ. If you do not believe they have different applications, then it must be none or all. If it is none, then we are free to kill each other and worship every god we can come up with. If it is all, then I need to throw out half of my wardrobe
