CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

May be he can do it again when it is windy and wavy, like what happened to Jesus and Peter.
If this is an one-time performance, then what is the message? Almost for sure, it will be neither beautiful nor powerful.

I know one fairly common way of achieving that effect is by having some sort of platform just below the water line.

I don't recall ever seeing the boat pass where he had walked. Such an addition to the the trick would be nice, but would require some sort of mobile platform. Probably doable, but the would need to work out the engineering.

Actually, I read a bit online and someone said if you look closely, it appears one of the boats hits something. I don't see it though.
The main give away that's it's a platform is:
1) no one seemed to go down and follow him
and
2) his feet aren't on top of the water, but are slightly submerged in it.

Look, we all can see a man walking on water. Why are you guys trying so hard not to believe what we all can see?

I'm much more impressed with water skippers or water striders than some bozo trying to pretend he can do same thing Christ did. Jesus really did walk on water, this "magician" who knows what he did or didn't do, and frankly I don't care.
