You used the word, "Accepting" Jesus Christ. How are the above verses showing us the accepting part?

Sin isn't something you do, it is, but mostly it's something you lack. All of us come to God sinners, it's the actual wilful sin that separates us. Ok, so when you die there was something you were not contrite enough about, repentant enough about, trapped in or otherwise involved in. God knows that, we know what, God knows why. You don't go to the fires of perdition because you had the misfortune of getting hit by a bus while you were coveting something on the way to work. The idea is patently absurd.

Repentance for a Christian is a way of life, you are either a slave to sin or a slave to righteousness. During that process we all fail in many ways, God knows that. God doesn't dismiss your sin, he has the cure. We will all go to God with baggage, it's only the sin you won't turn your back on that separates you from God.

Be sure of this...

Those who walk in darkness have no part in the light.

But!

Those who walk in the light have fellowship with the Son and his blood cleanses them from all sin.
Yes yes!! How do I walk in the light? How do I put away with secret sins? Must I confess them to another

AMEN!! DEAR FRIEND AMEN!!! But what happens if we were freed from the law but continue to sin, because that is the position I am in. And even though I beleive in Jesus I'm still not going to heaven because I walk in darkness which means I did not truly believe in Jesus this I Knoa!! And I have a desire to do good works and to live righteously but also I'm afraid to Fall and I begin to feel condemned by Hebrews 6:4-6 because what was once (me living righteously) has fallen away into sin. Now I don't know

If you didn't say inaccurate things, I would not have to point them out to you.

Nothing inaccurate about what I said, perhaps you should check your understanding and furthermore who has given you a ministry of correcting others?
It's not of God that's for sure.

So enjoy the day the Lord has given you and make the most out of it.
Blessings

John:
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.

Jesus is the only Truth of heaven.

John:
For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.

Jesus explains that he (Truth) is life.

John:

I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

The life of Jesus was for one purpose.

John:
This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.

Jesus explains that the Jews died (awaiting his arrival in Hades) because they didn't have the Truth.

John:
12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

No one before Jesus came ascended to heaven. This is in line with Jesus going three times into Hades to save those who had died and were awaiting (deep sleep) the Light. He had to be glorified before this task.

There is only one judge.......the Son of God the Father. The Father doesn't judge, and Jesus didn't judge as he walked among us. So the answer to the question evades us. Because we don't know the hearts of men and women.

Adding or subtracting to the txt of the Bible is not the best thing for anyone to do. I hope that you would agree.

If you're born again, wouldn't you have God's power in you to not sin anymore? Obviously, without God none of us could stop sinning but having Jesus in your life should make the difference.

Can or do or can, sinners get into heaven, that die in sin...?

No.

Does it matter whether they were sorry or repentant or not about it?,

Yes.

or do you actually have to "do away with" or put away all known sin that you know of that you do, or are guilty of...?

A man WHO, repents and becomes "born again", is a man forgiven of his sins.

The power to overcome sin, is not by "your" power, but rather the power (Spirit of God), that dwells within a person.

If a sinner can't get into heaven, then I think I'm screwed...? And I think if we were all to be honest, we would say that as well...

We are all guilty of sin.
We, who choose to have faith in Christ Jesus, become forgiven.
Yet there has already been a sentence pronounced for our sin.
Our body is required to die. God requires our blood.

Am I guilty of sin, though?,

Sure. But you are not unique. Everyone is guilty of sin.

now, under the New Covenant of Christ, the gospel of Grace, being on the other side of being born again...?

If you ARE born again; Your sin has been forgiven. Your sin has been washed and covered with Christ's Blood.

Eph.1
  1. [7] In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Rev.1
  1. [5] And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
Rom.4
  1. [7] Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

I do do things I consider sin, but what does God say about it now, after being born again...?

Scripture says:

1 John 3:

[9] Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

Whom do you consider? You or God?
Whose "accounting" do you think matters? Yours or God?

However ~ You may trespass against another, for which you are sorry.
Scripture teaches for you to go an ask forgiveness of he whom you have trespassed against....and God will also forgive you for such trespass.

And likewise ~ when an other trespasses against you, AND asks you for forgiveness, you are supposed to forgive them.

God Bless,

Scripture teaches mankind has choices concerning God.
You can choose to stand with Him or against Him or make no choice, which is accounted as standing against Him.

"Us accepting" IS "us" making our election, ie our choosing.
And we are warned, to be sure of our election, before calling on Him to reveal our election.

2Pet.1
  1. [10] Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

1Thes.1
  1. [4] Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.

"Accepting" is neither explicitly nor implicitly found in those texts. We don't "accept" God. He is not waiting for our acceptance like the girl no one wants to take to the prom.

Yes yes!! How do I walk in the light?

Walking in the light, requires overcoming the darkness, overcoming the world (which is corrupt).

Walking in the light, requires a man to have accomplished what Scripture teaches for becoming (changed). FYI, Jesus IS the Light. (John 1:9)

How do I put away with secret sins? Must I confess them to another

First of all, NOTHING you think or do is Secret from God.
Secondly, ONLY God forgives sin.

It almost sounds as if you do not know the very basics of Scriptural knowledge.
It begins with LEARNING, hearing, reading, being thirsty for the knowledge in Scripture, before you are prepared to comprehend HOW To follow the WAY (Jesus) according to HIS Way.

Consider the Disciples, with Jesus daily, hearing, learning for 3 years.
So much in their conversations transpired, here is what was said;

John.21
  1. [25] And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

Of course a man "accepts" God.
And some men do the opposite, which is "rejects" God.

Scripture uses the word and root word "accept" / "choose" in Gods receiving of "us'.

Scripture uses the word "election" / "choose" in mankind's receiving of God.

Try a thesaurus ~ accept, choose, elect, pick, decide upon...... are all synonymous.

Of course you KNOW your own Hearts thoughts.

Your dilemma appears, you are in conflict with your minds carnal thoughts, and what you think is Gods position in the matter of your own conflict, between your mind and hearts thoughts.

Fallen is repairable.
