After our family health scare with Joey (AA's son and my grandson) I hesitate to bring one of my other grandsons (Aaron) to your attention. Aaron, age 7 has had continual headaches for a number of years and lately, has begun fitting. He's a robust, healthy little boy in all other respects. (Well actually, he's the little boy who singles me out and attaches himself to me and my leg, whenever he sees me! Imagine that! He's beautiful! Anyway, well, we connect! Need I say anything more?) Aaron, at long last has an appointment with a Neurologist (juvenile) tomorrow at 4 pm to try to get to the bottom of these problems and the recent escalalation of the symptoms. This became necessary after a violent episode at school last week, which was witnessed by teachers and therefore came to the attention of the authorities after fruitless appeals by his parents and others and numerous doctor's appointments. This is a blessing in itself. An individual witness! Hooray!!! Now can I appeal to you all, once again, to pray for an acceptable result from the tests and to give his parents and Granma (me) some solace? Thanks muchly in advance. Chez

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Dear God I pray for this child and a favorable outcome.. Thankyou that he has finally come to the attention of people who can help him.. I pray that these episodes become a thing of the past.. and his family is blessed with a healing for him!!

Thankyou all sooooooooo much for your prayer and concern. The doc can't find anything at all. (this is a specialist in Perth) Now Aaron has to go back up the Perth in a week or so for a MRI. Once again, it means an awful lot to me to be able to share things and have your prayerful support
