It has two verses and a chorus. I can remember most of the words in the verses, but none of the chorus. Here's the words as I remember them:
The Lord is my Shepherd, no want shall I know.
He makes me lie down where the green pastures grow.
He tenderly leads me where still waters flow.
His strength he restores to my soul.
And when through the valley dark shadows appear.
With Him close beside me, no evil I'll fear.
His rod and his staff give me comfort and cheer.

I'm hoping someone can help me find this, probably out of print now, music. I sang this a long time ago, probably 1980.
