I'm running Windows 8.1 on a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series laptop and I get this message when I try to install a free app:

Your purchase couldn't be completed. Something happened and your purchase can't be completed. Error code 0x802440438

Does anyone know what is going on and how to fix this? I haven't had problems installing apps until today.
