  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

A few years ago on YouTube, I heard a song that randomly showed up in the playlist I was listening too. It was all a cappella hymns. It is not in my history. I can not remember the name of the song and try as I might I can not find it. I remember the thumbnail picture was that of a Robin. I remember parts of the song. One part was describing the bird as being hurt in some way and it trusted a person. I remember specifically the words ”quivering” and “broken” for some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated before I loose what is left of my mind trying to figure out the song. Thank you in advance.

Rage of Angels-

Thanks for the reply.

It was American. I can remember a lady singing solo but that is about it.

I can remember she was explaining that a bird with a broken wing was hiding under the bush and it decided to trust whomever was calling to it.

I wish I could give you more.

Again, I appreciate your interest and effort.
