Calling horse lovers

Hi I have just joined the forum and would like to start making friends! Who are the horse lovers around here?
I have been riding since I was eleven but I've never had a horse on loan or had regular lessons. I only get rides by helping other people with their horses. I ride my best friend's horse at home in Cornwall but while I'm here at uni in Cardiff I don't get to ride at all! Poor me
But anyway, I love horses so much and it's not just riding that I'm passionate about. So I'd like to get chatting with the horse lovers here!

As a young teen, I used to own a Pinto breed horse and my sister owned a Morgan breed horse. We used to have so much fun riding those horses! But, as we went away to school, we had to sell them *sob*! I would like to own a horse again one day.

I luv horses!! I would luv 2 own my own. I have leased 1 4 about 5 months. She was the sweetest horse ever!! She was an Arabian/Quarter Horse and her name was Sugar. She was the best until she got moved 2 a different stable. All the other horses started picking on her and then she was such a pain 2 ride. So we had 2 stop leasing her and that it was getting colder and she was about a half an hour away. So yeah. I am still hopeing 2 get my own horse someday.

hey!! i like horses. used 2 be scared of them and would never ride them. and if i got on 1 i would cry. but then my sis and friend made me go on a trail ride and i LOVED it!!!! so then i just started riding my sis's horse. meg (my sis) taught me how 2 ride. it was lotz of fun. i even learned how 2 trot. but b4 i could learn a canter we had 2 stop leasing her. and yeah Sugar was the best horse 2 learn how 2 ride on. well until they had 2 move her 2 a different stable.
and u r probably wondering why i am saying almost the exact same thing as the last post. well that last post was posted by my sis.
and i am hoping that meg will get her own horse some day. bcuz then i can ride him/her.
