just a quick request from the armoury guys apparently they have asked everyone who got a TARDIS to unequip it and re equip it..the image file was too big or something...doing this will reduce it to the correct size apparently. You need to do this as soon as possible.

In other news... the new Doctor Who series starts in Australia *TONIGHT!*. What with Star Wars a couple of days ago and Hitchhiker's a couple of weeks, it's a very exciting time to be a nerd down here....

I'm afraid that's not possible - while US videos can be played in the UK and Australia, the reverse isn't true. Apparently no US manufacturer has been particularly bothered to install an import compatibility feature...
Have patience, it might yet show up over there! The series has only been showing in its native land for nine weeks!
Everybody was carrying on quite ridiculously about the Australian ABC not getting the series as little as four weeks ago, and there were even some ridiculous rumours that they were going to wait until they'd finished showing the classic series (which will be in June 2006!). Nevertheless, we've just had the first episode! Not having the information now does not mean it's never going to happen.
Have patience, it might yet show up over there! The series has only been showing in its native land for nine weeks!

bummer...ok...anyone willing to sell me a VCR as well?...cheap?...this really stinks...you guys get the cool stuff like Dr. Who...what do WE get...Star trek...ok..yes I'm a star trek fan as well, but it's just not fair...

Don't worry, the series *has* been confirmed for Canada... it will be possible to get it from there, even if the US never gets the series for itself. Just gotta find yourself a useful contact and wait! Understand that the waiting part is agony, but it'll make its way to your shores eventually...

Redneck the first three episodes are available on DVD from the BBC website but only in the UK. I dont know if you are able to buy it here and import it there however you will need to convert it from pal secam to NTSC to watch it. I checked BBC US they dont supply it.
