So did any UK-based Whovians see David Tennant on "Who Do You Think You Are?" on Wednesday? Interesting programme, I think, and only one reference to the TARDIS that I heard! Unsure about the facial hair, I think he looks better clean shaven. I was surprised just how broad his Scots accent was,and wonder how he manages to maintain an English accent for the Doctor. I don't think I could keep it up but I suppose that's why he's Dr Who and I'm not!! No other reason, of course!

I went to Sam's Club and bought a couple of Dr. Who DVD's, one of them, "The Aztecs". I hadn't seen it in quite a while, and thought how the way it was made reflected the attitudes of the western world of the 60's, regarding minorities. I wonder how it would be changed if they made it today. LOL.

I thought it was excellent.

I don't think it was the last of Cassandra though. What do you want to bet she made one last jump into her younger self when the doctor turned his back!

If she did, then she has created a never-ending time loop for herself.

Not necessarily. She could just change the past.

well she created her own future...her younger self met Chip (who was her in spirit) who gave her a last comment (as she later recalled to the Doctor) and in turn she later created Chip...the stranger who had given her the compliment...who later became her vessel to travel back and give her younger self a compliment...creating a time loop...its similar to the Terminator story.

Personally I think they could have done more with Novice Haim.

Lets just say I'll never look at a cat in the same way again.

I have it from a reliable source that Series three will feature an episode where the Doctor meets William Shakespeare at the Globe theatre in London.

The BBC spent 5 nights filming at the Globe theatre after each performance and I am assured it was Doctor Who that was being filmed there.
