My favorite quote?

Here's a few from The Attack of the [Bad Script-writing]

Paraphrase:
Anakin: "I think I'm going crazy. I just mercilessly slaughtered a tribe of tuscan raiders, including the women and children. I couldn't help myself."
Padme/Amidala: "Oh poor boy, I'll marry you."

And the Best Star Wars Line Ever, Written Under Inspiration and Spoken With Passion:
"I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating. Not like you. You're soft and smooth. . . ."

Okay, as you can see, I'm a trilogy fan. So . . . George Lucas *was* a genius. It was really only over-abundance of money that spoiled the recent two.

"I love you."
"I know."

P.S. Another lovely paraphrase, spoken in a fever of love: "You are a pain deep in my soul." (If a guy wooed me with words like that, I know I wouldn't be able to resist.)

LOL
;)

Star Wars! *starts singing random Star Wars music*

Favorite quote (I'm not sure if it's exactly right. Been a while since I've seen it):
"But I want to go into town and get some power convertors!" --Luke Skywalker.

Haha, Luke inherited his bad acting from his father. :D

I like Star Wars, but the lack of science peeves me. Bacta? What a poor excuse for lack of medical knowledge! *wanders off before she goes into a tirade and gets all the Star Wars fans to chase her down with light sabers*

If you don't like Star Wars, then why did you come to a Star Wars club? You don't come to a club and start bashing what they like!
Oh, and by the way the quote by Luke Skywalker is: "But I was going into Toshee Station to pick up some power converters!" I just had to correct you since you didn't even quote it right, sorry.
I just get upset when people bash the things I like. It gets irritating.

If I were Yoda, Id beat you with my Gimmerstick and tell you "More attention you need to pay". There is plenty of science in it. Remember when Vader cut Luke's hand off? He had it replaced with a mechanical hand that actually worked and looked like a real hand. Then we have Vader, the very armor he wears is the only thing keeping him alive. Lightsabers are another bit of technology we havent quite figured out yet.

Also keep in mind that Star Wars takes place in the past, it says so in the opening credits "A LONG TIME AGO, in a galaxy far, far away....." That with in itself is quite bold, I dont know of any other space type of movie that takes place in the past.

Here is something for a good laugh by my fellow Star Wars fans http://www.starwarsspoofs.com/

I'm sorry that you all took it the wrong way! I love Star Wars but it's just lacking in the science department. I'm not saying that they didn't have "really advance sciency stuff" like space travel and making mechanical hands, but they just dont' explain it in a plausable way. No, no, Star Wars is great! It has a certain something that other sci-fi shows have just not been able to duplicate. Haha, like the time Han Solo bangs his fist on the side of the Millennium Falcon to make it work. I'm also such a big fan of the old Jim Henson stuff that I can't help but love the original trilogy. When I was a kid, I wanted to grow up and work for that company, but now they're all but gone with the use of computer graphics. Poor animatronics.

you guys are all crazy, epII was the greatest star wars movie ever, and hayden christiansen was the best actor in the whole thing!!! :p I think I must be like the only person who actually liked that movie... the improd graphics just do it for me, and the acting was pretty shocking then as well... Lucas may be a great storyteller, but he's not the most brilliant acting coach...
well my favourite quote:
Han Solo: Laugh it up, Fuzzball!
