CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I made this character for the thread. I started out basing him on Saemon Havarian, but then he got his own personality. What do you think?
Name: Resamon
Race: Human
Job: Merchant
Appearance: Unusually tall, muscular. Long, straight black hair in a pony tail and an unshaven face, kinda like those expensive hippy lawyers. He is wearing a well taken care of suit of leather armor. He has two short swords, which he has little idea how to use, and a short recurve bow, which he has no idea how to use.
Bio: Resamon is very polite and proper. He never seems to get angry, or at least he never shows it. He has a salesman's voice and is extremely persuasive, until people get annoyed with him. He wishes he could persuade his creditors, however...
He is running from his creditors, and he stumbled upon the stealing from demons job to get enough money to pay his debts.

Anyhoo... mercenary demon hunter out to repay debts? Sounds good! I dunno how much this RPG is going to end up involving demons in the end (since it's taken a huge tangent about the sk'kirrim) but there's probably plenty of bounty hunting jobs out there... probably kinda hard to steal from a demon, though, considering they're not in the habit of carrying gold. Plenty of other ways to make money, though!
