I keep two:
http://400k.net/& is my official journal/blog (I guess I could call it a "blournal")
http://xanga.com/missju is my second, and most surprising blournal. didn't think i'd ever get two, but it works okay.
I love Movable Type (/&'s backend) and am loyal to it and its customizability and dozens of plugin possibilities. and hey, it's stuck with me for years.
As for xanga, once you figure out how to get around the layout constraints using the free version, all is well. it's a nice, simple way to keep updated!
